First of all,  turn off your Dell Studio 15 1535 1537 1555, unplug the power adapter. Turn the laptop upside down and remove the battery.

1. Remove the screw securing the center control cover from the battery bay.

2. Remove the center control cover

3. Remove the two screws at the top of the keyboard..

4. Lift the keyboard and hold it to access the keyboard connector.  Disconnect the keyboard cable from the keyboard connector on the system board by rotating the keyboard connector latch towards the front of the computer.

5. Slide the keyboard cable out of the keyboard connector.

Reverse the procedure to install your new Dell Studio 15 1535 1537 1555 keyboard.
